Attorney Su Zhongming currently serves as a member of the Management Committee and Director of the Compliance Practice Center at Beijing Xinglai Law Firm. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Jilin University and a Master’s degree in International Law.
Attorney Su Zhongming has worked in corporate legal affairs, risk management, and compliance management for more than a decade, with deep expertise in corporate risk control and compliance. As one of the first senior corporate compliance officers, after joining Beijing Xinglai Law Firm in 2022, Attorney Su Zhongming has spearheaded and been deeply involved in the successful completion of several benchmark compliance projects: he led the development of the Jiaxing City Corporate Compliance Demonstration Zone and provided legal services—including compliance management consulting and certification support—to numerous central state‑owned enterprises, local state‑owned enterprises, public institutions, and private companies.
