Responsible for handling the concentration notification filings for over ten M&A and restructuring projects, including Qianfang Technology's acquisition of Uniview Technologies, Shandong Weiqiao's acquisition of Lufeng Environmental Protection, and others—tasks such as preparing the notifications and designing the merger plans, as well as responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
