  3. Participated in the company's hundreds of millions of yuan Series C funding round as a leading player in the industrial control security sector, and assisted investors with matters related to their exit.
  4. Participated in the angel round of financing for a leading industry software-defined storage startup, assisting with resolving historical issues such as the founder’s mixed ownership structure and other legacy matters.
  5. Successfully recovered all investor funds in the case involving the court-ordered freeze of funds raised through a private placement by an investor-backed company listed on the third board.
  6. Responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence on an investment project in Tibet's building materials sector, employing multiple approaches to verify critical core technology issues and mitigating greater potential losses for investors.
  7. Responsible for handling the concentration notification filings for over ten M&A and restructuring projects, including Qianfang Technology's acquisition of Uniview Technologies, Shandong Weiqiao's acquisition of Lufeng Environmental Protection, and others—tasks such as preparing the notifications and designing the merger plans, as well as responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
