Professional Research
Published "Protection of Victim Units' Rights in Corporate Compliance," featured in the 11th issue of the weekly magazine *Democracy & Rule of Law* (2022), and later reprinted under the title "The Participation and Rights Protection of Victim Units in Corporate Compliance Mechanisms" in the first issue of *Prosecutorial Research Journal* (2022).

Typical Case
- The head of a private enterprise in Anhui Province, accused of fraudulently obtaining state subsidies, saw their case retried and overturned in the second appeal. The court reduced the amount of the crime from over 2.9 million yuan to just over 200,000 yuan, and the sentence was lowered from 10 years to 5 years and 6 months.
- A case involving a Beijing-based environmental monitoring agency suspected of providing false certification documents has prompted the procuratorate to characterize the crime as less serious and consequently lower its sentencing recommendation.
- In a case involving allegations of trade secret infringement against a private enterprise in Shandong, as the agent representing the victimized company, I successfully persuaded the procuratorate to file public prosecution. The defendant was found guilty in the first-instance trial, and subsequently agreed to voluntarily repay nearly 10 million yuan to the company.
