Business Areas

Over years of experience in civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution—ranging from civil and commercial contract disputes to corporate securities, equity, finance, real estate, property rights, and torts—we have consistently focused on building expertise through meticulous case accumulation, continuous learning, and thorough research. Since entering the legal profession, I’ve expanded my practice into non-litigation services, gaining firsthand exposure and deepening my understanding of areas such as corporate securities, project financing, investment and financing, financial transactions, real estate development, corporate equity restructuring, acquisitions, mergers, and liquidation. This hands-on experience, combined with extensive judicial practice and trial expertise, has enabled me to develop a profound grasp of various civil and commercial laws—including corporate law, contract law, securities law, property rights, and tort law—as well as rich practical insights. Leveraging my robust civil and commercial litigation background, I excel at identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks across these complex domains. As a result, in non-litigation matters, I bring exceptional strengths to designing optimal transaction frameworks, structures, and pathways, as well as crafting and refining tailored contract terms and strategies.
