Du Jiahong holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Law from China University of Political Science and Law. She has extensive legal experience in handling complex and significant civil and commercial dispute resolution cases, bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation proceedings, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance matters. She has participated in compliance rectification and improvement initiatives for state-owned enterprises, central government-affiliated companies, listed companies, and large-scale private enterprises, as well as in the resolution of highly challenging and representative disputes. Her representation has yielded excellent results and earned her high recognition from clients. She also provides ongoing legal advisory services to numerous large enterprises and institutions.

 

She has been interviewed numerous times by Xinhuanet, China Education Television, and other media outlets. She graced the cover of the book “Dialogue with Lawyers,” published by the Modern Publishing House of China Publishing Group, and has taught in the “Distinguished Teachers’ Salon” organized by the Law School of Renmin University of China. She has also lectured at university events such as the “Legal Negotiation” workshop hosted by the Practice Expert Lecture Series of China University of Political Science and Law, and the “Criminal-Civil Intersection Legal Practice Forum” held by the Law School of Central University of Finance and Economics.
