◎ Graduate degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in law from renowned law schools, both domestically and internationally
◎ Must have more than 3 years of formal practice experience and be capable of independently establishing or leading a project team.
◎ A professional background in compliance or non-litigation-related fields is preferred, including but not limited to finance, cybersecurity and data, environmental protection and occupational safety, taxation, intellectual property, antitrust and competition law, and overseas regulatory compliance.
◎ Prior experience with a leading law firm is preferred.

1. Mentor and support partners in building an integrated team of specialized lawyers
2. Provide specialized in-house business support, including a certain volume of case opportunities, and assist new partners in developing their expertise within their respective business areas.
3. Provide operational resources and legal service product support for the Starrise platform
5. Provide a relaxed and dynamic work environment along with on-site activities.
