To nurture and support young lawyers, injecting fresh energy and strong momentum into the firm's growth, Beijing Xinglai Law Firm recently… The Management Committee has decided to officially establish "Starlight Young Lawyers' Working Committee" , and specify by Li Zeyu, consultant at Xinglai Law Firm, is leading the initiative to establish the new structure.

The establishment of the Young Lawyers Committee this time underscores our deep commitment to nurturing young talent, providing a dedicated platform that offers them enhanced opportunities for learning, networking, and professional advancement—ultimately helping them swiftly rise to become the core pillars of the firm.


After its establishment, the Youth Committee will fully leverage its functions and roles, carefully planning and organizing a variety of engaging, diverse, and highly targeted activities. From specialized skills training to hands-on mock courtroom exercises, from case study workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to cutting-edge industry lectures—through a diverse array of activities, we’re comprehensively enhancing young lawyers’ professional expertise, practical skills, and well-rounded competencies, while proudly showcasing the talent and competitive edge of StarLaw’s emerging legal professionals.


Currently, the establishment of the Youth Committee has been completed. After being selected and confirmed by the Management Committee, The member list has been finalized, and they are as follows: Arranged in alphabetical order by the first letter of the surname ): Li Zeyu, Head of the Youth Committee, and Member Chen Yujie, Fu Xuehang, Li Kexuan, Qi Jiaqi, Wu Jialing. These young lawyers are full of energy and enthusiasm, driven by their passion for the law and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Li Zeyu

A Bachelor of Laws from Wuhan University and a Master of Economic Law from Peking University, Mr. Li Zeyu brings over several years of legal and managerial expertise in the investment and financing sector. Since entering the industry, he has focused on private equity fund management, equity investments, cybersecurity and data compliance, antitrust law, and corporate governance compliance. He has been deeply involved in the full-cycle legal processes of numerous private equity funds, IPOs, refinancing deals, and M&A projects, providing comprehensive legal support that includes legal due diligence, business negotiations, transaction structure design, contract drafting, post-investment management, and risk control. To date, he has contributed to projects totaling over 10 billion yuan in value, serving clients ranging from leading private equity firms to cutting-edge technology companies, industry-leading manufacturing enterprises, and prominent commercial real estate projects. Known for his keen business acumen and exceptional communication and coordination skills, Mr. Li excels at integrating specialized financial and legal knowledge with the unique characteristics of each project sector, enabling him to effectively address diverse legal challenges and deliver tailored, end-to-end legal services along with robust risk-management and implementation strategies.

Since beginning her legal practice, she has accumulated seven years of experience at a top-tier law firm, developing strong case-handling skills and extensive litigation expertise.
