On the morning of July 17, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., the fourth congress of the Dongcheng District legal profession successfully held its leadership election at Beijing Xinglai Law Firm. As the ninth joint polling station, Xinglai Law Firm placed great importance on this event, meticulously preparing and carefully organizing it to provide high-quality support and services for the delegates—secretaries, directors, and Party-member lawyers—representing 16 law firms across Dongcheng District. According to the requirements outlined in the "Work Plan for the Election of the Beijing Dongcheng District Lawyers' Industry Committee of the CPC," this election has established a total of 21 independent constituencies and 15 joint constituencies. After Starlaw Firm was designated as the implementing unit for the 9th Joint Constituency, it promptly took action by developing a detailed work plan.
