Attorney Wei graduated from Peking University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Criminal Law. Possesses a combined background of “court trials + top-tier law firms.” Attorney Wei served for seven years in the Criminal Trial Division of a certain intermediate people’s court in Beijing, handling hundreds of criminal cases of various types. Subsequently, he practiced at a top-tier law firm for five years, where he held the position of senior attorney. Specializing in criminal defense, government enforcement responses, and corporate anti-corruption investigations, I have accumulated extensive experience in defending major and complex cases and designing compliance solutions.

With profound theoretical expertise and widely recognized practical achievements, Attorney Wei Tong has been invited numerous times to participate in the drafting and deliberation of judicial interpretations issued by the Supreme People's Court. The cases she has handled and authored have been included in the Supreme People's Court’s Guiding Cases and the “Criminal Trial Reference,” and she has received the prestigious “China Courts Annual Case” award three times. She has also contributed to the compilation of the Judicial Guidance Series published by the People’s Court Press, published numerous professional articles in leading law journals, and has been invited to serve as a legal expert guest on CCTV’s program dedicated to the rule of law.
