Recently, Wang Jun, director of Beijing Xinglai Law Firm, visited King & Wood Mallesons (Beijing) Office. Together with Zhang Dingying, executive committee member of King & Wood Mallesons Group and director of the Management Committee of King & Wood Mallesons (Beijing) Office; Li Shu, founding partner and director of Beijing Yunting Law Firm; Sun Yan, partner at Tianyuan Law Firm; Xin Ming, deputy dean of Yingke Criminal Defense Academy and lawyer at Beijing Yingke (Changchun) Law Firm; as well as fellow lawyers from Beijing Shanggong Law Firm and Wan Shang Tianqin Law Firm, they engaged in an in-depth exchange on topics including law firm management models, lawyer team building, and business innovation and development.
