Lecture Announcement
On July 30, 2021, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Shi Jinglan, a Third-Level Senior Prosecutor at the Pudong New Area People's Procuratorate in Shanghai, Vice President of the Shanghai Prosecutors Association, and Part-time Researcher at Tongji University's Sino-European Center for Innovation Policy and Law, will deliver the 13th lecture of the forum, focusing on: "Criminal Risk Analysis and Regulatory Measures Surrounding the Gray and Black Industry Chain of Fourth-Party Payment Platforms!"
With the booming growth of e-commerce transactions, aggregated payment solutions—offering integrated payment services—are emerging as a new industry trend. However, this has also given rise to gray and black market ecosystems, such as "fourth-party payment," which come hand in hand with lucrative business opportunities. This forum will explore these topics from the following perspectives:
I. Overview of "Fourth-Party Payment"
II. Criminal Determination of Activities Associated with "Fourth-Party Payment"
3. Governance and Crime Prevention of "Fourth-Party Payment"
Highlights of this issue: We warmly invite four renowned experts and scholars from the fields of prosecution, defense, adjudication, and legal education to join the discussion!
