Thus, how to establish an integrated, comprehensive protection system that seamlessly links civil remedies, administrative enforcement, and criminal prosecution has become a pressing issue of our time—crucial for optimizing the business environment and fostering innovative vitality.

To delve deeper into the practice and application of “integrated civil, administrative, and criminal law” in the field of trade secret protection, the School of Criminal Justice at China University of Political Science and Law, in collaboration with Xinglai Law Firm in Beijing, is co-organizing an event hosted by the School of Criminal Justice at China University of Political Science and Law and the Xinglai Integrated Civil, Administrative, and Criminal Law Scientific Research Base.
