This year, we achieved a leapfrog growth in our business scale. The total number of cases handled throughout the year exceeded 240, representing a year-on-year increase of 78.36%; revenue generated from our performance rose by nearly 30% compared to the previous year. Behind these figures lies the weighty trust of our clients and the most genuine recognition from the market.

We continue to deepen our expertise in traditional areas such as criminal law, civil and commercial law, compliance, securities, and electronic evidence. Meanwhile, the establishment of three new business centers—focused on official misconduct, government regulation, and corporate appeals—can be likened to three new stars joining the constellation, together forming a matrix of nine comprehensive business centers that span key sectors. This represents not merely an expansion in scale, but also a strategic upgrade in both professional depth and service breadth, ensuring that we can provide clients with fully integrated, multi-dimensional solutions.

The addition of numerous elite lawyers and consultants—leading figures at the forefront of trials, at the pinnacle of academic scholarship, and highly accomplished in practical fields—has infused us with powerful new momentum. With a team that is both elite and multidisciplinary—comprising 75% practicing lawyers and 82% members holding postgraduate degrees or higher—we are equipped with the strongest confidence to meet any challenge head-on. Every member of Xinglai is an indispensable source of light in this starry sky.

Brand building reaches a new milestone: Throughout the year, we published 221 original professional articles; we established the “Xinglai Civil-Administrative-Criminal Integrated Scientific Research Base” in collaboration with the School of Criminal Justice at China University of Political Science and Law; we organized 35 professional events throughout the year and received 37 industry awards—thus amplifying the reach of Xinglai’s expert voice.

Humanistic care takes root and flourishes: The launch of the new office space, the establishment of a café and a gym, the creation of a platform by the Youth Committee, the implementation of supplementary medical insurance, and the warm support provided by the Party branch and the trade union—all these elements are collectively shaping Xinglai’s culture of “balanced work and life, and healthy working.”

Nationwide deployment is steadily advancing: The Wuhan branch has been officially established, and the Zhengzhou and Hefei branches are steadily being set up. Blueprints for Shanghai and Shenzhen are currently being drawn up, and Xinglai’s professional network is steadily expanding.
