He previously served for an extended period at a sub-bureau of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, where he was deeply involved in every stage of criminal case handling—ranging from legal affairs and preliminary investigations to economic crime investigation. Over the course of his career, he has handled more than 2,000 criminal cases of various types and has repeatedly participated in the investigation of major cases, demonstrating solid frontline investigative skills and a profound understanding of criminal procedure. Subsequently, Attorney Zhang served as Deputy Director of the Risk Control and Supervision Management Department at a large conglomerate, leading or participating in the handling of numerous complex cases involving bribery, misappropriation of funds, and embezzlement by non-state employees within enterprises. He is highly proficient in coordinating corporate fraud investigations with responses to criminal risks.
