Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the People’s Public Security University of China and a Master’s degree in Law from Renmin University of China. Previously, he/she worked in various departments—including legal affairs, preliminary investigation, and economic crime investigation—of a sub-bureau under the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, participating in every stage of case handling. He/she has also repeatedly taken part in the adjudication of major cases, demonstrating solid, frontline investigative and prosecutorial skills and having handled over 2,000 criminal cases of various types cumulatively. Later, he/she served as Deputy Director of the Risk Control and Supervision Management Department at a large-scale group, where he/she was involved in numerous criminal cases, including bribery involving non-state personnel, misappropriation of funds, embezzlement of public assets, and contract fraud. Since beginning his/her practice, he/she has focused on representing and defending clients in criminal cases, particularly accumulating extensive experience in prosecution and rights protection. He/she has successfully helped numerous enterprises protect their rights, recovered substantial losses, and secured convictions and accountability for the responsible individuals.
